Igloo Dairy : Vashi Unit #1
In the heart of Vashi (on Mumbai's outskirts), and within an agricultural processing zone, Igloo's flagship dairy is ideally located to train all of Igloo's production and quality assurance staff before deploying them at other Milk Stations. Offering the gamut of services, most of Igloo's innovations are tested here before being implemented in the remaining Dairies.

Igloo Dairy : Vashi Unit #1. Silos allowing for standardization of 60 KL batches ensure prompt unloading of incoming tankers and a consistent product.

Igloo Dairy : Vashi Unit #2. Igloo's dairies have a large numbers of delivery docks. This allows for shorter dispatch periods, significantly reducing the time between when the milk leaves our cold storage and when it reaches the final consumer's kitchen.

With over 2 acres of land overlooking the picturesque Mandovi river, and located on National Highway 4A, Igloo's Goa operations are primarily fueled by milk from neighboring milk-surplus states.

Igloo Dairy : Goa. Each new dairy gives us an opportunity to learn from our own and our clients' experiences. Perched on a hill this dairy makes clever use of the natural contours of the land with multiple floors walking out onto the ground.
Igloo Dairy : Turbhe
Located close to the Vashi plants, this services the same region. Streamlined and efficient, this is one of Igloo's slickest plants till date and typically operates at 90 % capacity.
In 2013, Igloo constructed new products lines with the a capacity of 20 tonne per day buttermilk (chaas, lassi) and dahi (yogurt, curd)

Igloo Dairy : Turbhe. Utilities and canteens are in a separate annex connected to the main dairy by a bridge. There is a weighbridge for tankers before and after unloading.

Close to the upcoming airport at Panvel (outside Mumbai) and this facility is designed to be an integrated dairy to handle liquid milk as well as dairy products.
